 We eleven members from various departments together done the capacity building activity on the topic ' Jean Piaget's Stages of Cognitive Development'. We wrote lyrics using the characteristics of each stages and composed a song on the format of Ottanthullal song. Three of us sang the song and other members acted it on the stage simultaneosly.

I choose NSMGHS, Kottiyam for my school induction. We six teacher trainees went there. I observed three classes of English and took class too. We interviewed school authority about their facilities and academics and collected necessary information regarding functioning of the school.
