PRACTICE OF YOGA
As part of B.Ed curriculum, we practiced yoga with the assisstance our Physical Education teacher Sarath sir at the general hall of HKMCE. Sir provided proper guidance in matters of steps and benefits of each yoga asana with the help of PPT. We started our session with a recreation activity and proceeded to Suryanamaskar. Then we praticed asanas like Trikonasana, Padmasana, Dhanurasana and Pashchimottanasana as well as Pranayama. We ended yoga session with Shavasana.
