 There was Unit Test till November 11 th conducting there. The exam was conducted  one period in the morning and one in the afternoon. I got exam duty in 5 D class in which i had to assist the assigned teacher in that class. It was a new and exciting experience for me.  In my first day at 9A, i created a good rapport session along with self introduction and created some discussions on nature and protection as a precursor to the topic to be taught. It was a good experience.  On 10 th november i took my first class in 9A, which was a poem On Killing A Tree . I brought the innovative model to give a clear idea about appearance and changes happened to tree and nature before and after cutting down.  On November 11, i got exam duty at 9A class in the second period. I could manage the class well and it was totally a good experience. Within November 16 i completed the poem On Killing A Tree and began the next unit Enlightening Souls , from which i taught the short stor...

Innovative model : On Killing A Tree The innovative model is constructed based on the poem On Killing A Tree. The materials used for the models were purely from nature like, wood, sand etc.  The poem holds the theme of cutting down a tree, which is a long and hectic process. Here in this model the nature before and after cutting down the tree is shown. This model is helpful in giving students a clear idea about certain words mentioned in the poem as well as portraying overall idea of the poem.

  Teaching Practice NSMGHS, Kottiyam As part of third semester B.Ed syllabus, we arrived NSMGHS, Kottiyam for teaching practice. There were ten trainees, three from English, three from Natural Science, two from Physical science and two from Mathematics department respectively. We reached the school at sharp 9:30 am and gave the letter and attendance register from college to HM.  My guide teacher is Mrs. Prabha Mary Ann and she assigned me to take English subject in 9A class. The portions to be taught was already given by the teacher. 

 As part of B.Ed curriculum, a sports meet was conducted on 3 rd November at HKM College of Education under the leadership of Mr. Lal Mohan, HOD of Physical education department and Sreelal, Sports secretary.
