CAMP DAY 2

 Second day at the camp started with a yoga and exercise session conducted in the college campus with the initiative of trainees. Various committees engaged in their duties assigned to them.

We got a marvellous oppurtunity to be a part of motivation class conducted by S H Panchapakesan Sir, Former Sessions Court Judge. The second session was about awareness class on PCOD by Arshiya Suhaib, Clinical Dietitian, KIMS Health.

SCHOOL INTERNSHIP PHASE - I [ 3/01/2023 - 13/01/2023]

 It was the first class after christmas holidays. As i had to teach the remaining part of the story The Happiness Machine i had been teaching before holidays, i revised the main points once more. After completing the story i move on to activities and taught them a grammar topic Active and Passive voice. Then i taught a small and beautiful poem A Prayer in Spring. Students really enjoyed the poem. As the poem was a compound of poetic devises, i taught them Poetic devises well. I could deliver the ideas clearly. Then i move on to a story titled The Trio by R K Narayan.  I made use of ICT and pictures well to make the students understand clearly. Some days i got two periods in 9 A class that i could present the topic gradually in a simple and clear manner. In these week, we got chance to help the cook to cut vegetables for the meals for children. Some of the teachers there too takes part in kitchen works. This experience helped us to get friendly with them.
